This information is only kept for express purpose of shipping and order fulfillment and kept only in your records. We use encrypted information stored in cookies only known to us to provide some features of our Web site throughout the purchase process. Our Commitment To Data Security To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. • We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. • We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. • It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

Return Policy: Just Play Golf Inc. is committed to providing products of high quality and value, and we back this commitment with a satisfaction guarantee. If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or full refund, less shipping and handling, so long as it is new and unused, and in its original packaging.

The following products may NOT be returned:

1. Used merchandise.

2. Special orders.

3. Custom items.

4. Personalized items.

This guarantee must be exercised within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Exceptions may apply for gift items purchased in advance. All return shipping charges must be prepaid (we will not accept return items shipped to us C.O.D.). Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from Just Play Golf Inc. at www.theclubcaddy.com .

Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment. A restocking fee of 20% may be charged by Just Play Golf Inc. for all returned items. In addition, where Free Shipping is offered, and the product is returned, Just Play Golf Inc. will charge an actual shipping fee on the original shipment plus a $2.00 handling fee. Defective Products: Any defective product may be returned within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Warranty Claims: Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturers’ products, or may be found on their respective web sites.

Please contact Just Play Golf Inc. prior to returning any merchandise for warranty consideration. Shortages: Many orders ship in multiple cartons and may arrive days apart, so check your packing slip before calling us to report a shortage. All claims for shortages must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.

Damaged Goods: If an item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and notify Just Play Golf Inc. at once. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim. All claims for damaged goods must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.

How to Return Merchandise:

Products may be returned to Just Play Golf, Inc. 604 Government Center Way, Suite4 Evans, GA 30809.
To return an item to our warehouse we encourage you to re-use your original shipping carton. Please note the reason for your return, and enclose the slip in the shipping carton. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a separate piece of paper containing your printed name and address, the order number and your Just Plat Golf Inc. Customer Number, and the reason for the return or exchange. Wrap the package securely and send it to the following address:
